Fortunate new owners: 2007 Ford RB E350 Sportsmobile Diesel 4x4

Aloha! We are the proud new guardians of Stikine’s Pupmobile. We can tell it’s been loved and cared for. My husband picked it up in Idaho and drove it to our current home in Northern Virginia, and then within a week we took an unanticipated round trip to Asheville NC and back, complete with our two labs and our first sleepover in a Walmart parking lot because we hadn’t planned ahead and it was dark. We’ve never before experienced multiple other highway drivers slowing down and giving us the thumbs up before (even when we were younger and better looking.) We are excited to become part of the SMB family and pleased as punch with our good fortune. I don’t yet know how to post pictures and most of you already know what this vehicle looks like anyway from the legacy of previous posts on maintenance and the for sale pictures. We can’t wait to get out into the woods and explore.

Yes, you’ll get lots of looks and make many friends when you camp (their curiosity compels them to inquire).
Welcome.

Likewise Felix.

We'll have to have a mini-mid Atlantic gathering at some point.

That would be great! We would love to meet other owners and benefit from lessons learned. We are still trying to figure out all the systems and are seriously contemplating a shakedown camp out in our driveway.
