Hello,
NFG here and still in search mode. If I have a vin# for a SMB would the factory give me the build details? I have my eye on a SMB that's real close to what I'm looking for. The seller isn't posting all the details. I have questions in with him. I would like to be ahead of the game.

There are three SMB "factories," and all are owned and operated separately (weird). They are also all super busy, so it's doubtful you'd get much info from them.

There is a reasonable chance that an SMB located in VA was built by Sportsmobile North. Nancy, who often answers the phone there, is extremely helpful, despite the fact that they stay busy. I wouldn't hesitate to give her a call and politely ask if she can help you. If she can, she will. Treat her well, and you are likely to be treated well in return.

Yeah, and at least SMB West keeps their files by owners name, not vin. Or at least that's what they told me.
