Hello. 1988 E350 4x4 Diesel

Hello from Edmonton Alberta Canada. I’m new here and just got myself a 1988 E350 4x4 diesel 5 speed rig. I’ve had it for about 2 months and maybe put on 1500kms. Most of which have been highway unfortunately. I’m really enjoying it and pumped to head to the mountains this summer. Next modification will be new summer times. I need to figure out offset for some rims. For tires I’m leaning towards some 285 75 16or17 Cooper sst pros.

I’m looking forward to learning more about other rigs and maybe crossing paths with some of you out in the bush. Take care and roll on.

5 speed?! I want to see some pictures of that setup! Looks like the perfect Canada exploration vehicle.

Congrats and welcome. Nice. Looks like with your lift those size tires won't be a problem.

Cool rig. I have a 90. Can you send more pics of your front bumper? Looking for something similar and think it would need to be fabricated. Is there any badge on the bumper indicating a particular company built it? I am also tentatively in Glacier end of July. It would be cool to connect and compare builds.

Both bumpers are custom built. I’m not aware of anyone making anything like it for Purchase.

I’ll snap some pics later this week. I’m currently putting the R&D billet fuel return rails And new injectors in.

Great looking van. I too would like to see the cab setup. I can never see enough pics of a manual shifter and clutch pedal in a Ford van.
