Im an English export living on coastal BC. Im in the very early stages of building my dream Campervan to use all over Canada and western states, but especially for a potential trip to Mexico next Winter.
Ive posted a link to a van im looking at in the general forum, I hope its in the right place. If its best in classified ill move it.
Id appreciate any advice from you guys on the vans potential for what i want to build it to (4WD initially, then a roof conversion and we will see where the rest of my cash takes it!)
Hi Len, you should have little trouble finding a suitable van in B.C. Everytime I search on Econolines, it seems there are plenty in B.C. Are older vans more easily registered after 4x4 conversion? I"ve heard of some folks having difficultys importing converted vans, perhaps not a problem if converted there though?

To be honest im a little scared by the newer diesel engines, the 7.3 was what I had my heart set on (Im not into big petrol engines), so thats what ive been searching out.
