You didn't mention if 4x4 was an absolute must for you or not, this one is not a 4x4 but otherwise checks the boxes you listed for less than $50K, pretty fair deal I would say, especially for the coveted 7.3L diesel engine.

TBA - what factors are creating the 7.3 parameter?
Is the V10 an acceptable power plant to include in your search?
Are you planning on towing, and if so, what size/weight trailer ?

I prefer 7.3. If I wanted to convert it to bio diesel and I like the large size engine. I didn't think of pulling a trailer but it could be an option later idk.
