Looking for direction on my 73 Econoline sale

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some help on what this old beauty would be worth? It’s in great shape and these units are hard to find.
I don’t want to give it away but I don’t want to expect to much. I’m looking to sell my 73’ and start a new E-350 4x4 convention. This is my first forum post so let me know if I put it in the wrong spot,
I believe this is the optional 302 V8.

New shocks
New bushings
Me brake cylinders
Redone interior
Hand pump sink
LED lighting with solar set up

Beauty van. The Alberta market seems to be hard to judge. If your van is winterized well it will fetch a premium as a sweet ski shack. GLWS

Prices are definitely higher than they've been.
