New for us older 206 E350

New here. Howdy All

Just decide to buy an 06 E350 last month

Can any one tell me info on how not to have any trouble with the 6.0 with 41,000 miles in very good shape.

Cool... young engine. Exercise the turbo on every drive. Drive it like you stole it. Don't use it for short hops to the store and stuff like that. Delete the EGR if you can do it in your state, otherwise get the Bullet Proof Diesel EGR setup. Get a coolant flush then get a coolant filter installed. Get some gauges to monitor FICM voltage, coolant temp, and oil temp (among other things). If your coolant to oil temps get more that 10* apart consistently then you want to have a new OEM oil cooler installed. Going up hills, it will get more than 10* difference but it should come back down quick on coolant and a little longer on the oil temp. Cetane boosting additives in the fuel and anti-gel additives when the temperatures are going to be really low. Depends on where you live and drive.
