I have only stumbled across differences by accident. I suspect they prefer the appearance of being normalized across offices. Only difference I found, and I am not sure it remains a difference, pertained to extreme cold weather insulation. When I found out about an option offered out of CA office I asked Austin office about it. In the end, I think the design choices by Austin were sound and I have no regerts.
