I’d look at the Revel. We have some friends who decided not to wait for a Sportsmobile, purchased a Revel and had Agile Off-road do the needed modifications. They are still in line for a Sportsmobile but will enjoy the Revel in the meantime.

I was amazed at how valuable a 4 gallon bag with a porta potti is. Never have to clean the toilet. I’m building a 144 with Momentum with a rear shower and an internal at the sliding door with a quick removable taunt shower curtain and floor drain

"4 gal bag with a porta potti" - How does that work?

Basically like a dog poop bag. Put the bag in the toilet; give each other privacy; tie the bag up when done; and put it with other garbage for disposal. No mess with cleaning out systems, cassettes; etc.

SMB with shower!

For some reason it is popular on this site to bash the Sportsmobile brand and to look down on inside showers. We had Sportsmobile convert our high roof 144 Sprinter 4x4 a couple of years ago and the quality is excellent. Our previous rig, an Alaskan truck camper was nice, but having an indoor shower enclosure with a private cassette toilet is a really nice luxury in the back country. I’d keep those items on your must have list.

Regarding the third captains chair, do I assume correctly that a forward facing rear couch bed with seat belts wouldn’t suffice for your third person? If that would work, you could probably get everything you need in a 144 Sprinter.

Hopefully, one of the WAG bag type products with chemical neutralizers to convert the human waste: example -
GO anywhere toilet kit® (formerly the WAG Bag) | Cleanwaste Products
