New to Van Builds but not to Vans

This is actually my 2nd van but the one I wanted to have to convert for an Adventure Van. I have a 1997 E250 Extended 330 V8 that I plan on doing a diesel swap on and 4x4 conversion down the road. Right now I am building bumpers and repairing the body damage on the van.

I live in Colorado up in Westminster and work for a health food production company as a maintenance lead 2nd shift after a 12 year carrier in aviation as a mechanic on mostly Boeing airliners when not operating my own private repair shop.

That is quite the grill I look forward to the build pics. There are a lot of good threads with all kinds of good ideas here. I am doing my first build out as well, I just got the floor down and the shore power setup in, I am working on a few other things but got bus with work again so I have slowed down just a bit.

That is a rad bumper grill combo. Definitely should shake up drivers ahead as they check their rear view
