Hello Sportsmobile owners, I would like to look at a Mercedes-Benz 2500 Sprinter RB low roof SMB conversion. I hope to build one and it would be nice to see one near where I live in Albany, Oregon. Is there someone nearby, within a 100 mile range that is willing to show their vehicle?

I am in the Portland area but have an 89 Ford SMB. Not much help I know but welcome to the forum.

Current van: 2002 Ford E350 extended body camper with Colorado Camper Van pop top and Agile Offroad 4WD conversion.
Go check out Van Specialties in Tualatin. They always have Sprinter build outs going on. I'm sure they'd give you a tour of the place too to see build options.

I live in Bend and have had Van Specialties do some work on my van. As 01E350AZ said they always seem to have a Sprinter in the shop and some completed in the yard. They do really nice work.
If I lived in Oregon I'd much prefer that VS or outside van do the conversion work.
We have a 2014 sprinter with the SMB top.
We live in San Diego, or you could check it out.
I'd get a high roof vs. The low roof.
Lots of info on sprinter-source.com as well
I'll give another thumbs up for Van Specialties. I've been in there multiple times and they have always been helpful and friendly. They even helped answer many questions for my home build.
