There's no general photos on that inspection link, just corresponding inspection photos. That being said, generally looks and sounds like a SMB 4X4 build, Atlas, leaf sprung. Clearly someone who had no idea how to properly engage the transfer case fudged that thing up, hope it wasn't you testing out the 4X4 system!
BTW-your sway bar is not broken, just the mount.
There's a few things you can do to improve the ride, those SMB conversions can be harsh with that leaf sprung front end, for starters I'd ditch those Rancho shocks and put in the re-valved Fox shocks from SMB, big improvement, or for a bit less, some Bilsteins.

SMB should be able to give you a list of conversion parts they used in 2013. They only make one type of conversion but have used different manufactures of certain parts used in the conversions over the years.

True. I’ve gone back to Peter a couple of times for particulars on our build, most recently to get the wheel bolt pattern so the wheels on our Chaser match the van.

I have a 2013 SMB 4x4 build so if there is a page in the book they give you with the specs of the 4x4 build I can scan that and post it. I don't recall seeing that in there but it's been a while.

You always want to confirm part #'s of course but it wouldn't be too different from what is in the 4x4 sticky. http://www.sportsmobileforum.com/for...hread-786.html

Thanks all,
Mechanic got it sorted thanks to Kevin at Hellwig. All parts, including Atlas rebuild kit have arrived and he will start the work this coming Monday. Total price including new synthetic in engine, differentials and of course the transfer will be $2.2K.
REF - Not me on the 4x4. Wanted it inspected before trying it out. More than likely previous owner since he was not very 4x4 savy.
JoeH - printed the sticky and showed to mechanic. He said their were a lot of changes with my build.
Rltilley - You are correct their are pages in the handbook about the 4x4 build.
Kibo - you found the 1st owner. Thank you. I am going to PM him to verify build locations.

Thanks all. My mechanic got it sorted out and has all parts needed to fix the sway bar, replace tie rod bushings and Atlas rebuild kit. He is going to start on it this coming Monday. Will post parts he used to fix it. Total cost, including new synthetic in engine, differentials and transfer case is $2.2K. Looks like those Fox shocks are going to wait until next year.
REF - Not me on the 4x4. Wanted it inspected before trying it. Looks like previous owner.
rltilley - No 4x4 build info was in the manual I got with the SMB. The manual was pretty complete with all the other information on operation and appliances.
JoeH - Printed and showed the sticky to my mechanic and he confirmed there are differences in my build and the sticky.
Kibo - Thank you. You found the original owner. I will PM him to confirm 4x4 build location.

This is the 4x4 sheet from the documentation I received on my 2013 build.

Thank you very much rltilley. Would it be OK if I posted this build sticky thread in the 4x4 forum?
