Thank you everyone!
My wife and I picked up a 96 Dodge B3500 SMB EB10ish lay out. We have been dreaming of owning one, and have been searching for a little over a year.
You all have been very helpful. This place is a wealth of knowledge.
The Dodge need some steering work, common on these vans, and some other functions fixed, but overall in good shape.

Pretty much everyone will step on their 'willy' once in a while.
I usually make it a point to stop and put on my golf shoes first..

She has a couple issues: porchlight and fan doesn't work, minor rain gutter rust, and needs new drag links and tie rods. I'll be replacing the steering components this week and source the porch light issue later on.
Any recommendations to add a jump seat for my son?

Congrats! The wait is over! Beautiful day in SoCal today. Hope you're using the van to enjoy it.
Cheers!
