2002 Ford E250 Price Too High?

I'm about to check out a 2002 Ford E250 regular length SMB. 128,000 miles. Looks like it's been well taken care of. It has the penthouse top, 2 cabinets, 1 cabinet with a fridge, dinette seating on both sides in the rear which converts into a bed, driver and passenger swivel seats, awning, and roof rack. There is NO sink/plumbing or built in stove but it includes a porta potty and 2 burner camper stove.

The dealer is asking for $19,900 which I feel is way too high for the mileage and no water or stove. Does anyone know a reasonable price for this set up?

I've seen similar SMB's with 95k miles with water, stove, microwave, fridge and everything else the above SMB has, go for the same price.

Not really a good comparison but I got my fully converted GTRV with 4wd, 5.4 115,000mi, winch bumper and more for $12k. Yea, I know it was a steal, but there are deals out there for those willing to wait and travel on a moments notice. Mine was listed on Craig's list under garage sales and took a year and a half to find. I drove all day and paid cash the day after the ad went up. If you want one in a reasonable amount of time, your most likely gonna pay more

Anytime you buy from a dealer, you will pay a premium. On the other hand, it seems as though $15-$20k is the sweet spot for good condition 2wd SMB's. You can find them cheaper every once in a while, but they're either beat up or really high miles...but of course there are the sweet deals too.

Do you know what motor this one has? If its a 7.3 powerstroke, then I would say its a pretty good deal.

I don't think $20k is out if line for that 2002. Some might see no sink/propane as a positive. I'm happy to have an all-electric van, for instance.
