2008 Sportsmobile Day Night Blind Re-Install

G'day,

This is probably the first time I've posted in a few years. Been quite I'll for
3-4 years, had Prostate & Bladder reconstruction in June last year, all very good
now. 3rd operation, a complete success.

Anyhow, I've taken down side door day/nite grey pleated blind, fixed it and now
need help to re- install in top bracket that blind attaches into, is there a secret or tool
to reinstall top Bar into bracket?

I have just new head lights built by Jamie Loudz, Adelaide, Sth Australia, Loudz
Creations on Facebook. The lights are dual Projectors, LED & HID and dual indicators
and Daytime Driving Lights, with Yellow shrouds, same as my Van exterior colour.
Please help me with my blind query?

Cheers Doug

Certainly has been some time since you have chimed in.
Glad to hear your personal “remodel” went well!!!

Can’t help with your Shade dilemma, but would be very interested to see pic’s of those lights - they sound awesome.

You just hooke the blind rail on the clipe that is closest to you on each side. Then twist the blind to force it into the clip on the side away from you. It helps to put your other hand on the clip and push to give some additional separations. The do not click or anything but they will stay once you give them a good solid twist an push in the upward direction. I just rebuild 3 blinds in my van and all installed easily this way.
