We did Scheel-mann swivel on passenger, stationary on driver. So worth the $$$. One spends a lot of time in the seats, so worth it being comfortable!

Do you recall what the stationary and swivel bases ran you?

We used the swivel that was on the existing Ford seat and had to order a stationary for the driver. I think we got it for $15 on eBay.

Were the Scheel-Manns a direct bolt up or did you have to modify?

You have to use an adapter, the cost is $195. Plus if you have an OEM electric seat you will have to purchase a manual seat OEM stationary base as well. However they are widely available on the net for $50, they are RV conversion take offs. (vs $600 at dealer).

I think if you use a swivel base you will still need the adapter, someone else needs to chime in here.

I have Vario F installed driver only, no swivel.

We got our adapter plates from Expo Vans/MG Metalworks out of the Portland Oregon Area. That is who we ordered the seats from too.

Starting late last year, our adapter kits are sold through Scheel-Mann directly.
