2014 E350 SMB 4x4

Hi,

New to the forum. I'm looking at a neighbors 2014 E350 SMB 4x4 with 2,500mi. It has sat more or less for 7 years. The roof has leaked, see pictures. Aside form the roof leaking the van is excellent shape. He is asking 68k for it. Interested in what folks think.

I posted the leaking roof specifics in the interior section. Hope it is okay to post the questions above in this part of the forum.

Letting a vehicle sit that long is not always a good thing. Always best to run cars and maintain them, IMO.

Most 2014s in good shape will fetch north of $100k. I would buy it, make an appt with CCV to have the mid height top installed. You'll be into it about $80-$85k, but still have decent room left to make a profit when you sell in a couple years and have a nicer, wider, top.
