6.0 vs 7.3l Question

Hey all-

I used to own a 2003 7.3l powerstroke E350 (2wd and tuned). I sold it and regret it deeply, and I'm now looking to replace the hole in my heart.

I'm looking at buying a 2008 6.0 diesel (4x4 and stock). It's had preventative 6.0 maintenance done, but my question is regarding overall speed.

The 7.3l, being tuned and 2wd, was impressively fast. It made getting up to highway speed and long distance road trips a breeze. Curious if the 6.0, being stock (tuned at 90 hp less than the F series trucks of the same era), and 4x4, will feel extremely sluggish to the point of being a pain in the ass to drive around?

If you are sure it is a 6.0, good engine if bulletproofed.
6.4,,,,,run away.
