Question Alternator/LED interference w/ Radio & USB Phone Chargers

I have recently installed LED flood lamps on my 2001 Ford E-250 RB50.

I have noticed when the LED flood lamps are on, the radio has high white noise.

And at times, I have noticed when a phone is connected to a USB charger, making a phone call, or listening to listening to audio (YouTube, Pandora), white noise is heard here as well.

For the USB Charger, a simple solution has a Ferret Core:
RAVPower RP-VC006 Red USB Car Charger

And place a ferret core near the LED flood power:
Ferrite Core Bead Choke Ring Cord RFI EMI Noise Suppressor

Thoughts?

Try moving the ground wires on the lights to a different location. It also might help if you get a better direct to metal contact, try grinding off some paint where your ground wire is located. If you’re using the neg post on the battery for both the lights and the stereo, that also might be the issue.
