ALUMINUM VS. STEEL

I will be picking up my new van (e-350) this Friday. I did not go with the SMB's aluminum wheels and tires they sell. I would like to research steel wheel first. I have priced the steel out with 285 BFG A/T for almost a $1000.00 less. not including the speedometer calibration. Any solid opinions on this? SMB charged me for the fender cut outs already. So I'm ready to go with the new tires and rims.

I run plain wagon steelies on my Jeeps and stock steelies on my F250. They can be found for as little as $25 a rim.

Be sure to buy from a place that gives free lifetime rotate and balance.
