Another stolen van,
This is getting out of hand, stolen May 15th from Citrus Heights, If seen, the owner requests you notify the Citrus Heights police department.

I think your right. I started this post a couple days ago, but was unable to finish it due to heading offshore where my cell signal dropped out. I then finished it when we got back into range today. Glad to hear it was found.

Wow! I am in the process of transforming a Quigley 250 to a camper. It sounds like a hidden ignition switch should be highly recommended. Any suggestions on the best method/location to do this would be appreciated. Thanks.

A hidden switch activating a relay that interupts the fuel pump and starter circuits is quite common. Better yet, a Revelco system interupts more than one circuit, and can be dealer installed in a couple hours. Different alarm systems do the same thing.

My 1998 E350 V10 has a 30A fuel pump relay fuse in the PDB (power distribution box) under the hood.
I just now pulled that fuse and the engine will not start. Just cranks.
Plugged it back in, fired right up.
I'm gonna use this method during our long hikes away from the rig.
Sorry, trying to figure out how to insert my pics.
Will post if I get a clue....

I think I figured out the pic attachment thing.
The 30A with 4 white dots is the #17 fuse I pulled.
Diagram & description is from the owners manual pages 111 & 112.

Any way you can disconnect that circuit will kill the fuel pump. One downside of repeatedly pulling the fuse is the potential for the contacts to get loose after time, or you could loose the fuse. Still, it's quick, easy, and free.
