Are all SMB shops created equal? Warranty?

I am actually in a position where I could go with either Indiana or CA. Indiana makes a bit more sense logistically. Any reason to prefer one over the other?

If you have a warranty issue on something to do with the SMB conversion, can you only take it to an SMB dealer? Would not always be practical obviously.

Indiana is smaller and you get more personalized attention. Fresno has more options if you are looking at 4wd, bumpers, fuel tanks, etc.

In my case, I'm from California and bought from Indiana because they could turn around a custom floorplan in a timely manner. CA could turn around a 50 floorplan almost as quickly, but I wanted something different.

I'm happy with Indiana. They build about as many vans in a year as Fresno does in a month - so every van is custom, there are no 'Std' floorplans. They have been very responsive, willing to make special parts and to drop everything and do warranty work when we were passing through.
