I believe I contacted them as well but they were very hesitant to the point of outright selling to me as a DIY installer---apparently I didn't impress them as being someone capable of following their instructions.
I was very impressed with the T-Series deadbolts which is why I contacted them originally. As I've already done this using those linked in one of my previous replies here I've grown competent enough to do this without too many issues. The ones used are as solid and theft deterring as many others I've investigated.
Deadbolts do slow down thievery in that the larger side/rear doors are secured against intrusion from outside even if the lock cylinders are disabled or "punched". Typically though thieves look for easily carried and sold items so the larger stuff tends to be left behind.
If your van allows passage from the vulnerable front doors & glass to the rear smaller items thieves look for won't be too safe unless they too are locked in something secure like a secured safe or vault, perhaps carefully located under the van?
I do hope you work this out Belieze----if you'd photograph your installation and perhaps a write-up as well I know others here would highly appreciate it.
