Awesome customer service, sportsmobile west

Hi: I am the third owner of my SMB and had a couple of questions on how to work things in the van and order a screen and carpet insert. I called SMB west and left a message for Pete. After explaining on voicemail that this was a used SMB and that I had a few questions I expected zero customer service and zero calls back.

Well, Pete from SMB west actually called me back the same day and was very helpful and responsive. Amazing, considering the fact I would bring SMB zero income, especially in today's climate of "lack of customer service".

Sportsmobile west has never let me down and I hear the other two shops are the same. It's very rare nowdays
