Im fixen to get an aluminess back bumper to match my front, should I go direct to aluminess or go through SMB West. The distance is the same. Who would do a better job, Price

I've worked with Dave at Aluminess directly for my bumpers. He is super to work with and if you want to do something a little different he's willing to work with you. If you just want a "stock" bumper, call ahead to be sure he has one in stock. If not, he'll make it up and call you or ship it to you. I'm sure SMB will also be fine to work with, but why not go to the source?

I don't have the bumpers but I can give you two other compelling reasons to go directly to Aluminess. First, you should save a couple hundred dollars. Secondly, would you rather drive to San Diego or Fresno?

Either of the two company will probably run you the same amount of $$$. Just a reminder, Aluminess pricing does not include installation. And to my understanding, unable to do any electrical work if you need Hella back up lights. They are both great companies, however, if you are going for a custom bumper, calling Dave from Alluminess will be your best bet. Hope this helps.
