Broken penthouse electric opener

Apologies if this isn't the correct place for this but,
I just realized the bolt that connects the electric slide to the posts that support the penthouse snapped. Has anyone had this happen or heard if it? Wondering if this is a known problem before I speak with SMB. We haven't put any undue stress on the PH.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Broken penthouse electric opener

It's a rather common problem. It's usually the bolt that connects the X beams. It sounds like you lost one at the base of a leg.
