Wow Dig, that's a fantastic offer. It's a raw van though. My DIY build candidate. So there's no bed for you to sleep on. I was planning to take a ThermaRest with me if I drove.

I missed it. So disappointed. Offered to buy it last night but the seller had given first right of refusal to a guy who looked at it Monday. He said yes after my offer. It was a unicorn: a 2002 regular body 7.3 with barn doors and 66,500 original miles for $7K.

Sigh. Yeah I'm kicking myself for not checking over the weekend. I've been searching for 9 months and this was by far the best bargain I've found.

Have my eye on another 7.3 with 165K miles that the seller will drive to me. It's a couple years older and a couple grand more but still a good deal. These 7.3's are like gold...
