Can you identify this part?

This is located on the driver's side of the van right under the city water hook up at the very rear of the van and located between the frame and rear body panel. I have no idea what this is, can anyone identify it?
It's on a 2001 E 350 EB50 Quigley.

Looks like evap canisters to me. Otherwise known as vapor canister.

Mine is located on the cross member in front of the rear axle, which I believe is the common stock location. Perhaps it was relocated or there are some alternate placements.
