What's the worse thing that could happen???? I ask them if it will fit, they say yes, the top of my van gets destroyed. they buy me a penthouse . Hmmm some how I don't think it would work out that way.......

Re: CAR WASH

What's a car wash??? I haven't found a drive thru car wash that can accommodate our Rig. Every time I go they want to charge $45.00 for handwashing only.....no wax, no interior! If we opted for the other option, it can cost up to $100.

Re: CAR WASH

Ran mine through the wash on Sunday...

We have a telescoping pole for car washing that works really well, we can wash the whole van except the top of the top without a ladder (which is what we usually do), and you can reach the whole top with a small one. Got it at Target I think.

Re: CAR WASH

There is a tall coin car wash in town I use. It would be nice to find an auto car was but with solar and a rack I don't know what would happen. I pulled into a short car wash one time that looked tall enough to get through. The CB antenna loaded up and snapped across the corrugated metal roof. Thought I ripped the rack right off I usually wash the top at home and finish it down at the car wash.

Re: CAR WASH

jaje - LOL . that's funny

car wash question is a good one - I was just thinking of that yesterday.

Sounds like with penthouse, solar, 4" lift 4x4 and 34 - 35 " tires - it's gonna be do it yourself or waaaay too expensive if you find a place that can accommodate.

This is my final answer.

Fishbreath - is that your conclusion?

I can't recommend enough having your leg broken before having this discussion with your significant other.

Of course as soon as I can stand again, I'm going to be on dishwashing duty for the next year, so I suppose it all evens out in her favor no matter what.

Re: CAR WASH

I guess you better start treating Moma nice or she might break your other leg. I will have to admit that I like your idea of a car wash! Hmm ! I wonder if Collette is busy next Thursday when I get back.
