This was discussed on a bike touring list that I am on. Bike tourists are always looking for something that will efficiently charge devices while on the road. Not much discussion on it but someone ran the numbers & stated that it would take 6.25 cooking hours to get the power of one AA battery. This was based on the limited info available on the stove website.
