Cheeky Aussie Wants Lift To Fresno?

G'day All,
Would anyone be interested in picking me up at LA Airport, 23rd June, 6.30am,
Tom Bradley Terminal and take me to SMB West, Fresno for vehicle pickup.
Will pay fuel & food both ways. Want to talk Ford diesel SMB in & outs, and my trip intinerary.
Big ask, but if don't ask, won't know.
PM Me.
Cheers, Doug

Hi,

Cheeky Aussie needs pickup? My Lord man are you traveling with Elle MacPherson? I'll drive the 5000km to pick you two up. Some cheeks. We can talk Ford vans no problem. ( hack, cough, spew) Perhaps her cheekiness needs to come over to the Dodge side.

Have a great trip. Tell Elle I say hi.

Regards,

Gavin

I'd jump a flight right from LAX to Fresno. Airport code is FAT. Which somehow seems appropriate (no offense Fresnians).

What about California's high speed rail? I'm sure that will be operating by July 2099. Sorry, couldn't resist.

After flying in from Australia, I doubt Doug wants to be on another plane. I bet someone can hook Dough up with a lift to Fresno.

It really isn't a fun drive, I'd catch a flight to Fresno as suggested. (even after flying from Perth)

SMB will pick you up at the Fresno airport.

Couldn't agree more.

Driving from LA to Fresno would be the last thing I'd want to do if I was going to pick up...anything.

Well I've also done the drive to Fresno after flying from Sydney to LAX. No fun, I was exhausted.

If you could delay your plans until the 25th I could give you a ride. I'm driving my friend up there to pick up his Sprinter.

Worst case, you could rent a car one way to Fresno. Not sure if they require a driver's license from a US state (or if you have one). But it would only cost about $120.
