cleaning penthouse plastic windows

I would be cautious, or at least do more research, before using Windex/type cleaner on them. Windex has traditionally contained ammonia, and that damages certain plastics (for example, polycarbonate). It makes them get cloudy/lines in them.

The penthouse windows may not be affected negatively, but it's something to check at least.

I would lean toward mild soap and water for cleaning, and then one of the plastic polishes if/when they get cloudy with age, etc.
