That's worse than being forced to deal with AI ! Have you considered 'other' options for your rear leaf's? I'd go that route strictly on principle (and the fact they elect not to respond is simply an insult).
Hope you get some closure.

That sucks. I'd take my business elsewhere. There are some other great spring options available these days. Try Atlas Spring in Wichita KS.

we live in SoCal, I'm just going to drop by. 4x4 shops down here are kind of dodgy outside of Rhino and Agile

I tried buying their springs a few years ago and it was the worst buyng experience I've had. They took my CC and then ignored me. No contact at all, and they never built my order. I would avoid them in every way.

I've heard good things about Betts Springs in Fresno...

https://bettsspring.com/

That's where our springs come from that Field Van put on our E350...been happy with the end result for almost 4 years now.

Beaky,
WOW
I am running a rear spring unit built and installed by Deaver. I called, they requested pictures of the existing springs and a few measurements. All Sportsmobile did was insert a 4" block to lift the rear end.
I took my van to Deaver and in less than 2 hours it was installed, and I was on the road. What a great ride and the rear end sag is gone. My 2003 looks great. I am very happy.
While I was there, they shipped out and various off road dealers came and picked up spring sets they had built.
I am surprised by your experience as it is a family run business that had been there for years.

yeah, I got it all straightened out with them, they are swamped but I', lined up now. We were at Field Van in Reno and Andrew Feld showed me his E350 rig and his dads E350 rig and I was surprised to see that SMB was using 5" lift blocks on the rears.
