Determining sale price?

2004 EB 350 V10. 118k. Just looking at for sale on SMB site I am thinking
$45-50,000. Bumpers, roof rack, ladder, winch, large fridge, outside shower.
Used a lot. Cosmetic bumps and bruises but all functioning well.

Realistic price ?

Like... 3rd removable jump seat, 2 burner stove, heater, hot water. Gaucho on passenger side, under storage where spare used to go. New awning. New top after 5 years. (leaks, new top still leaks)

Ummm, "new top still leaks"? Go back to SMB and get them to fix it before you sell it, as they won't likely do that for the new owner.
