Do us all a favor PLEASE??
Just got done updating all my gallery pics with 'new'captions...since the change with the 'new owners' left us with 'code' at the bottom of each picture....I know it will be a drag (from experience), but there is so much valuable info that is missing for we SMB'rs that want to retrace or go to the places that are pictured/posted by (we) members!! I mean, there are some pics that I just can't wait to go to that location!! And for those (you know who you are) who try to be 'cute' or 'clever' by NOT wanting to post those locations...please stop using this Forum! We are a family, albeit from a simple (yeah right) pop-top connection, we share and share alike....get great information, help solve problems, bounce ideas off of, and in general, form great bonds! So, if you could...PLEASE ...go back every now and then (when you're bored) and post/edit your pics!!! I think we would all benefit greatly!!

I agree, I did it myself, but I had some time on my hands.
It's a great use of time during boring meetings at work though!

Good god, you don't even work at work. You live a charmed life.

Alright! Just got done re-typing captions/info on pics of one of our trip reports...a few more to go! Saw a couple other members were also doing it!! GREAT!! I like to have two or three possible destinations (from member pics!!!!) to go on before we actually leave...in case of weather etc...PLUS it's a blast to choose (at the last second) by using a coin flip or picking quarters out of the change jar (first state quarter picked out of a possible destination wins!) The SMB affords that possibility you know...your packed for any kind of weather anyway, you have food, cooking, water, and sleeping already arranged...if you've never done this, try it next time....pick a destination at the last minute...take off towards the destination! On the way, it's so refreshing getting used to making no "wrong turns"...you go with the flow, it's all at the moment decisions! My wife KTG is a little OCD...she has stated many times how "good" it is for working on that and "letting it go."

Just finished! All pictures have a caption and a location except for when the YURT was sitting in my driveway.
Thanks for the reminder and the motivation ctb. Feels good to have it done.
