For those without good or better dealership contacts (local or distant) I always suggest FordPartsGiant if only for their OEM part numbers. Once I have those the hunt begins---often times it'll be eBay where we find brand new unused parts, most times just sitting on someone's shelf.
I know the prices can be major shocks but in the end you'll have good quality stuff not too likely to fail or need replaced again soon.
Another option is to cruise scrap yards for most any E-Series body from 1992 until 2013 and salvage them there. IF you go that route being careful during removal as careless handling there results in them being torn. Using the right tool is important too---a Lisle Tools 36350 works wonders for me.
Also if you go the salvage parts route using AuVeCo p/n 19850 clip makes this job easier and quicker too. The Ford part number ( N806340-S) tends to reveal a crazy high price for EACH clip---upwards of $8 each!
If you need or want more help just ask---we should be able to help in some way.
