Electric Pop top mechanisms lubrication

I have read comments that the electric tops need lubrication in the ram/channel area, and that Sportsmobile has recommendations. I recently found the rear scissors bar bolts disconnected and lots of metal particles...
Any idea what lubes to use and where exactly?

Also any recommendations on lube or making wood the rear cross bar slides on more slippery? Mine jumps and bumps along (the wood grain is transverse so that doesn't help)

Where, just a little more specific; ram, washers, sliding U channel? Also on the wood in the top bar crossover?
Thx!

Re: Electric Pop top mechanisms lubrication

They told me anything that moves or slides. I had an irritating screech when the top was fully up and no matter how much I sprayed (and I sprayed every moving thing) it never went away. Found that it would quiet if I just dropped the top the slightest amount. Never did find what that was but sounded like metal to metal. No issues to date.
