Exterior Grey Water Tank

Our floor plan will probably be like Canyon Clan's floor plan, which has no grey water container. I believe they have an external "spout" for the drain.
I was thinking, if we stay in a state campsite, will this work?

I do not have a grey water tank either. The water drain has a threaded coupler on it for either a hose or the tethered cap which closes it off. I can take a picture of it if you like.

Sure Herb, a picture would be great! I just posted this because I heard that the state and RV parks frown on vehicles with out a contained grey water tank.

Sorry for the poor quality pic, it was getting kind of dark, so it's a little hard to get a good reference for you. This is the drain cap, located on the driver's side, just about below the rear of the driver's door.

There is space back by the XL storage or spare tire and other places under the van. Just because SMB won't put a grey water tank underneath doesn't mean you can't.

Even so I like the jug idea, I think it would work great.

My gray water tank just hangs behind the battery on the right side. Nothing fancy. I guess this is how they did it back in 2001.
