Fiamma Awning crank- Where do you store it?
I've just been sticking the crank and rafter for our F45 awning in the long space on the driver's side under the closets (RB50). There's gotta be a more elegant place to put the crank at least. Where do you put yours?

On the van roofline inside on each side of the penthouse, next to the fabric walls. Plenty of room for it when the PH is closed.

My crank stores behind the cabinet and doubles as the holder for the cover on the burners. Rb30

I keep it in the long driver side 50 slot too- I open the awning all the time without putting the PH up, and there is no other place it's out of the way.
When the awning is up, it hangs on the eye- I wrapped part of it in rubber tape s.t. it wouldn't scuff the paint.

I hang mine over the side doors.
Right above the door, easy access, out of the way, and thanx to Skywagon for the idea.

Scatter and Skywagon,
That is really clean. Where did you find the rectangular clips?

I'm pretty sure mine came with them, but I can't find them for sale.

Re: Fiamma Awning crank- Where do you store it?
Jeremiah,
You are absolutely correct!
I looked in my drawer of extra stuff that came with the van and Voila; there they are! I can't use them like that in my floorplan because of cabinets on both sides.
So, I have a set if anyone needs them.

Mike, I would love the help give you some extra space and take these off your hands . How much do you want for them?
Edit: I just sent Mike a PM, unfortunately they will not fit where I had hoped.
