FINALLY !!

I ordered my E350 superduty RB V10 gas in Pueblo Gold August 19 and finally got an ETA at the dealership - week of Nov 9. They are built in Ohio, Mexico or Canada - mine is being built in the good ol' USA baby!

Now I have to decide if SMB does the 4x4 or Salem Kroger ........ i thought I was going S&K but from my other threads ......... I don't know again.

Re: FINALLY !!

Don't forget Quadvan. All the conversions have improved a lot in recent years with computerized engineering.

Re: FINALLY !!

You probably can't go wrong with any of the choices, including Quigley. Find the one that does what you want/need and do it.

Re: FINALLY !!

I thought all North America E-series production was consolidated to Avon Lake, Ohio? I think the only other E-series plant is in the Philippines, and I think that only does final assembly.

Re: FINALLY !!

Final assembly in Ohio, components like wiring harnesses, seats, etc., are from Mexico, engines are from Canada. Windsor, Ontario ring a bell? Remember the 351 'Windsor' motors? There is a Ford engine plant there. Among other places.

A great, strong motor. In my Bronco I have a 351W out of a '69 Torino thats bored 0.030" over, balanced, blueprinted, has shot peened rods, ported heads, RV cam, and a front seal that leaks like a sieve.

Yes, and they only rotate to the left.

Re: FINALLY !!

My F250 is canuckidian originally... apparenty it was part of a military base and thus spent most of it's life under 8' of snow. All the warning labels are dual language of course. The mileage definitly reflected canadian military service!
