Financing ?s' for used SMB's

OK,
any idea of the best way to finance a mid 90's SMB? I can/will put 20-25% down but I'm concered that the bank will only look up the base van not the whole conversion. Is there anyway to look up what the banks would loan on a used RV?
what if there is also 4wd? I looked briefly on NADA and it shows conversions but if there is 4wd there is a bunch of $$ that it does not show.
Yes, I know I could do a Home Equity, but I was curious if there are any other options out there

thanks
D

financing used

Try SMB for information.
Also look in Trailer Life and Motorhome magazines.
Good Sam does some financing.
Home equity is the fastest least expensive, tax deductible way to go.
