FORD authorized adjustments...(motor settings)

Does anyone have a sticker in the engine compartment that has the FORD authorized settings ????

I still have the sticker but the ink used has faded to the point of not legible.

I have asked Peter, not to confident he knows either....said he'd look and call back....not!

2006 diesel F350 the sticker had the actual authorized engine settings...wish I knew what they were.....?

thanks
CJ

which 'factory settings' are you expecting to find? I think you're saying that the values in hand written ink have come off...

Can you read the parameters that goes with the missing values?

On some California gasoline powered engines for instance, it's not unusual for the factory or dealership to change ignition timing before delivery, or even during first service (pursuant to a factory service bulletin), compared to the 49 state engines.

I think the setting are an authorized engine tune settings specifically for sportsmobiles.

I'll get a picture of the sticker and post it.

Thanks for the reply.

The Ford power setting for the van are 235 HP and 440 ft-lbs of torque. But I don't think you have a sticker showing this. It probably had the original calibration code, but if you've ever had a re-flash, that code won't be valid anymore. I don't think many dealer are consistently update the calibration code stickers.
