Sorry to resuscitate this old thread (necro-mining? ) but I think it might be worth while to alert others about a system that might have averted this disaster and unfortunate loss of property. Please know I'm in no way affiliated with this outfit, it was part of another thread here.

Its an on-board passive fire suppressor system called Blazecut: https://www.blazecutusa.com/ Looking around on that site its easy to see such a system would be a valuable addition. I myself like it leaves zero residue after its deployed and that its mostly outta sight, outta mind installation and operation.

Anyway hope this adds to this thread!
