Ford van and RV Mechanics in Seattle area?

To be preemptive if service is needed for either the Ford EB250 V8 van or the Sportsmobile EB-51 conversion, are there recommendations out there for Ford van and RV Mechanics in or around Seattle?

Hi, Geoff in Seattle here!

I had a poor experience with Pierre Ford in Lake City. When dealing with a pinched under-dash vacuum hose that caused the A/C to shut off when driving uphill, I was told all Ford vans are that way.

I had a good experience with the University Ford Service Center that used to be on Roosevelt in the U District (they took the time to properly find that A/C problem). Unfortunately this business is now gone.

I now take my Ford van to an independent mechanic -- Budd & Co. on Ranier Ave S. They're pretty decent, and have dealt with several tricky problems in addition to regular maintenance.
