Garage
That is part in an early version of Ramsey's R.I.P.
You jam it into the front leaf springs of a Quigley or SMB 4x4 conversion. It smooth's out the ride and gives you added lift at the same time. The handle allows for easy installation and is also a place to attach the travel limiting strap to keep you from "over articulation."

You are all overthinking it. It's for practicing your drawer opening and closing skills. Duh.

Glad to hear it isn't related to 2 wheel drive lift kits, since I just sent my shocks to Ramsey for a re-valve and threw that thing in the trash.

Whew, dodged a bullet there!

Ok I'll say it, it's a push assist handle to be used when you need to get a broken 6.0 moved from the main road. I have a 6 and will be making one of those too.

Make it a paper weight for your wife's "honey-do list." When she asks how it's coming, tell her you have a handle on it.
