Price seems too low, no photos, and the ad is new but says "not going to use it this summer"....when it is winter. Probably just an e-mail harvesting scam but wanted to share this in case this van description matches any of the vans that have recently been stolen.
Couple points of interest:
"It's built modularly and can be covered to a cargo van in a few minutes!"
***Wouldn't expect much of a build if you can remove everything in a few minutes.
"I won't be using it this summer and would rather pass it to someone who will enjoy it!"
***I'd assume it's been advertised for a while (the fact there are no pictures may lead to a lot of disappointment once a buyer see's it in person), the last statement supports this theory.
"The body isn't perfect, but nothing that'll keep you from having a good time!"
The attached CarFax report only goes through 2/25/19, when it was purchased in CO (originally from NY). You might want to pay for a current CarFax report and see if the updates square with the purported history. Having started life and spent something like 9 years in NY, it's likely to have major rust issues. As mentioned by TwoXentrix, the build can't be much and you'll probably have to start over from scratch.
I think you're right to be suspicious.
