Grey water drain pipe leak

I have a leak in the grey water drain pipe where it comes out under my SMB (no leak inside). I assume the PVC pipe is continuous with a series of elbows from the tank to the external release valve. In this case the leak would be likely coming from a joint between two sections. Is this correct? It also looks like there is black sealant around the pipe where it comes out, which is where I see the water. Any suggestions for patching this leak?
Thanks for your ideas!
