HD Wheels

I'm looking for a wheel that'll fit a SMB that's rated 4,000 lbs or better. Does anyone know of such an animal?

Re: HD Wheels

Thanks for getting back. I should have been more specific. I know about Rickson. Great wheels. But I'm trying to find a HD wheel for a LT tire. The Rickson's are 19.5 wheels for fairly narrow truck tires, I believe. I want something that'll support a wider tire, like a 9" rim, and allow me to run it w/ some air down. Truck tires don't do that and live to talk about it much. Keep thinkin', please.

Re: HD Wheels

Hutchinson beadlock will allow you to run very low air pressure...

or their leisure line but not 4000 lbs

Re: HD Wheels

With 8k lbs on an axle, I'd really think about a dual rear wheel setup. That would get you double the surface area as well.
