Help pricing a RB50

Hi, I am long time lurker here, but I am in need of your expertise. I have a good friend who is interested in buying my SMB and I want to give him a good price. I was curious how you guys would price my van for a friendly sale.
Here are the stats for my van:
2004 E250 RB50 with gas V8 2wd
Pop-top
around 70k miles
Micro, sink, electric fridge and stove
Awning
Gas Water Heater
Gas furnace
Starcool
Solar prep
2000 watt inverter
2 batteries
Removable front winch
2nd owner.
Van has lived in AZ and SoCal so rust is fairly minimal.

In terms of condition, the van has seen plenty of great trips with the corresponding scrapes and nicks on the inside and outside. A year ago, I fixed the major dings and had a spray-on material applied to roof and rain-gutters that was recommended by Sportsmobile. If I were selling it on the open market, I would replace the tires and get it detailed, but not much else is needed to get it into sellable condition.
Thanks for your help in advance.

How can one price something without seeing it? You need to add pictures of the vehicle to your post. The more pictures the better.

I know most van are unique, but you can also go through the archives in the classified section and see what a similar build sold for. It might help give you a roundabout price.

Hmmm, 2wd, 5.4L, 2004. Having not seen the van, or condition I'd go out on a limb and say $25-30K. Could go higher or lower depending well it has been maintained etc.

Did you purchase it as it is now or add all or some of that stuff? I'd go with your original purchase price as a starting point for pricing it then knock off for the years you owned it plus a buddy discount. How good of a friend is he?

Re: Help pricing a RB50

Looks like one of your most costly options is the starcool. Is it the shore power unit only or does it do double duty and work while driving?
