High Idol Mod 6.0

Hello All,
With winter right around the corner I figured I would install a high idol mod from BD Diesel in the 2010 6.0. Unfortunately it looks like I need to turn the experts to find the "customer access wires". I searched by the E brake and all the main wire bundles on the drivers side but to no avail. I turned to the trusty internet and found a body builders layout book showing the SEIC wire and other customer access wires over the intake and under the window/cowl under the hood. I searched high and low and couldn't find the blunt end cut wires? I wanted to avoid undoing bundles before searching for some help on the matter. Has any one done this mod and found these wires? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
-Shaun

I didn't use the variable RPM resistor type rather just a Hi Idle on/off switch and my van is a 2005 but I think the bundle of wires your looking for is this one. (See Yellow Arrow). On mine once I exposed the pigtail wires I discovered they were tagged per the circuit diagram as well as color coded. Just a heads up the wire colors can be very faded if not tagged so use a little scraping or WD40 to expose the true colors and color stripes.

Thanks for the reply and the detailed picture. It looks like I'm out of luck. I found a couple customer access wires, but not all the ones needed to add the high idol switch. It looks like SMB already tapped into a couple of them with the same wire that runs to my Blue Sea Isolator, but whats really strange is I don't seem to have the yellow with green chaser which is the one needed for the high idol switch. Not wanting to overly mess with the electrical I think I'm throwing in the towel on this project but I wanted to reply and say thanks for the assistance. Attached are pictures of the wire bundle I have. If anyone else has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

I'd say Sportsmobile's wiring strikes again. I still think the wires your looking for are in that location buried in that loom right where your looking. There should be about 10 blunt wires showing in your photos including the ones SMB used to tap into.

I think you already have these but here is the PTO/SEIC info for a 2010
https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas...0_SEIC-PTO.pdf

And here is one for a 2009, which seems to be the same as the 10' but this shows some color pictures of the wires.

It seems there was a change in wire colors between my 05' and your newer front end/interior 2010. If the adjustable RPM high idle is too involved it just takes a 12v source to raise idle to 1200 per a simple switch.
